We started because someone's blackout curtains kept letting the sun in.
In 2015 our founder was hanging curtains for a villa in Mirdif that had already been fitted twice by other companies. Both times, a 3cm gap at the return let a stripe of morning light across the bed. Both times, the customer was told that's normal.
It isn't. It's a measuring problem. That job turned into a rule we still work by: measure the window three times, in three places, before a single metre of fabric is cut.
Ten years on, Curtrox runs its own workshop at Dragon Mart 1, employs its own installers, and stocks its own motors — so when something needs adjusting in year four, the person who answers the phone is the person who fitted it.
